Advantages of flat sheet membrane:
1.MBR flat membrane components are composed of multiple membrane elements arranged side by side. The gaps between the membranes can be adjusted, which is conducive to controlling aeration and cleaning. Therefore, the flat membrane components have better anti-pollution performance.
2.MBR flat membrane components are composed of membranes, guide layers, and ABS support plates, while traditional hollow fiber membranes are self-supporting. In comparison, flat membrane components have better mechanical strength and do not have the problem of broken wires that plague traditional components.

When the membrane is organically contaminated, soak it in 0.5 % concentration NaClO solution for 4 to 6 hours. The cleaning solution preparation quantity is: 3 L / element; when the membrane is contaminated by oil or inorganic scaling, please refer to "Chemical cleaning of Membrane Modules" for details on the treatment method in section 8. |
