The 3TPH Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) Water Plant is an advanced water purification system designed for industrial and commercial applications requiring high-quality purified water. Equipped with SS304 pretreatment tanks and a high-performance RO membrane system, it provides stable and efficient water treatment performance for various water sources.
Reverse Osmosis technology uses pressure-driven separation through a semi-permeable membrane to remove dissolved salts, suspended solids, organic matter, microorganisms, bacteria, heavy metals, and other impurities from brackish water. The system allows clean water molecules to pass through the membrane while concentrating and removing unwanted contaminants through the wastewater stream.
This BWRO system is widely used in drinking water production, food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronic industries, chemical industries, power plants, laboratories, and industrial water supply projects.
The RO membrane filtration process effectively reduces total dissolved solids (TDS) and removes harmful substances from feed water, producing high-quality purified water with stable performance.
The system adopts SS304 stainless steel skid mounting and pretreatment tanks, providing excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and long-term reliable operation in industrial environments.
The pretreatment system can include multimedia filtration, activated carbon filtration, and ion exchange filtration according to raw water conditions. This helps protect RO membranes from contamination and extends membrane service life.
The system is equipped with flow meters, pressure gauges, low and high-pressure switches, operating status indicators, IC control unit, and TDS monitoring system for convenient operation and maintenance.
