Standard inspection and test plan of RO pressure vessel

Our pressure vessels will be inspected in accordance with industrial standards.

The main inspection content of production includes items as follows:

1. The raw materials of production

1) Fiberglass

2) Epoxy Resin

3) Anhydride

2. The process test of production

3. Hydro-static pressure test (every vessel)

Increase the pressure at a constant speed, maintain 3 minutes and test at 1.1 times working

pressure , then make sure there is not any leak and the pressure gauge always keeps

original pressure

4. Final Inspection
