PVDF DOW UF Membranes Modules SFP-2660 / SFD-2660 With Large Effective Membrane Area
The DOW™ ultrafiltration (UF) modules are made from high strength, hollow fiber membranes that have excellent features and benefits:
1. Dow ultrafiltration membrane SFP-2660 has a large effective area (the larger the total effective area of the membrane element selected by the system, the same water output and the same number of elements required. Fewer accessories such as the number of membrane shells also means saving equipment space and system installation and maintenance costs. Dow can produce a series of membrane elements that meet the specified effective membrane area.
2. The widest water inlet channel in the membrane industry (the wider the water inlet channel, the lower the operating cost, and the looser the system's requirements for water quality and abnormal conditions of pretreatment equipment. Even under high pollution conditions, the wider water inlet channel can more effectively clean the membrane, and the system can still maintain a low pressure drop. This means that the service life of Dow membranes is longer.
3. Fully automatic membrane winding technology (fully automatic winding technology can produce highly consistent) elements with accurate membrane area. Fully automatic technology can produce elements with high membrane area without sacrificing the thickness of the water inlet. Fully automatic production technology.
4. The performance of Dow SFP2660 ultrafiltration membrane components is more consistent and more stable, and there is no need to install membrane components based on the test data of each membrane component. The system runs faster and the system performance is more stable for a longer time.
5. During the manufacturing process, the membrane elements are not treated with any chlorine oxidation. The membrane elements have excellent initial performance, but over time, the performance of the membrane will decline rapidly, and it is easier to reject the customer's quality requirements due to oxidation of the membrane surface. Dow membranes have a longer service life and do not require any chlorine or other oxidants.
