As a key member of the DHP series, the DHP 2.1 Axial Piston Pump is a professional high-pressure Water Treatment Consumable, tailor-made for transporting high-pressure, low-viscosity corrosive fluids. It excels in industrial reverse osmosis scenarios—such as seawater desalination and industrial desalination—effortlessly conveying media like seawater and industrial saline wastewater.


Operating on the axial piston principle, the pump uses plungers (parallel to the drive shaft) reciprocating in plunger bores to change cavity volume and transfer fluid. It eliminates the need for a traditional lubricating oil tank, instead using the transported fluid itself as lubrication. This design completely avoids oil leakage pollution, making it highly compatible with the strict cleanliness requirements of seawater and industrial wastewater treatment.


With core components made of 2205 duplex stainless steel, the pump boasts strong corrosion resistance to high-salinity media. It runs quietly (≤77 dB(A) per EN ISO 3744-2010) and stably. As a fixed-displacement pump, its flow rate is strictly proportional to speed: at 1000 rpm, flow is ~0.7 m³/h; at the rated 3000 rpm, it reaches 2.1 m³/h (35 L/min). For custom flow needs, use the formula Selected Motor Speed = (Desired Flow Rate × 3000)/2.1—e.g., 1.5 m³/h requires ~2140 rpm, ensuring easy and precise system matching.


To ensure safe and efficient operation, follow these installation and operation guidelines:


  • Installation: Clearly identify "I" (inlet) and "O" (outlet) to avoid reverse-connection damage; reserve 3-5 mm clearance between pump and motor coupling, and never let the pump shaft bear axial/radial force.
  • Filtration: Install a 10 μm absolute filter (99.98% efficiency, β10>5000) at the inlet—preventing small particles from wearing internal precision parts.
  • Pressure Protection: Equip a 1 Bar low-pressure switch (shuts down pump if pressure is too low) at the inlet, and a 70 Bar high-pressure switch + safety valve at the outlet (avoids system overpressure and pipe bursts).
  • Shutdown Flushing: Flush the pump cavity with fresh water after each shutdown (use bactericide for >15-day shutdowns) to prevent salt crystallization; never start with the rear valve closed.
