It excels at conveying high-pressure, low-viscosity corrosive fluids—ideal for seawater desalination, industrial desalination, and industrial saline wastewater treatment, effectively handling media like seawater and brackish water.


Operating on the axial piston principle, the pump uses plungers (parallel to the drive shaft) reciprocating in plunger bores to change cavity volume and transfer fluid. Unlike traditional piston pumps, it uses the conveyed fluid as lubrication, eliminating the need for a lubricating oil tank. This not only simplifies the structure but also completely avoids oil leakage pollution, perfectly meeting the strict cleanliness requirements of desalination systems. Additionally, it boasts a compact design (lighter and smaller than peers with the same flow/pressure) and high operating efficiency, cutting long-term energy costs for users.


Key components are made of 2205 duplex stainless steel, ensuring strong corrosion resistance to high-salinity media. It runs with low noise (≤77 dB(A) per EN ISO 3744-2010) and stable performance.   • Installation: Clearly distinguish "I" (inlet) and "O" (outlet) to avoid reverse-connection damage; keep 3-5 mm clearance between pump and motor coupling (no axial/radial loads on the pump shaft).
  • Filtration: Install a 10 μm absolute filter (≥99.98% efficiency, β10>5000) at the inlet—avoid low-efficiency filters to prevent plunger wear from particles.
  • Pressure Protection: Add a 1 Bar low-pressure switch (prevents dry running) at the inlet, and a 70 Bar high-pressure switch + safety valve at the outlet (avoids membrane/pipeline overpressure damage).
