Since 2010, Wuxi Fenigal Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has been a supplier of RO FRP pressure vessels for the water industry. Our pressure vessels will be inspected in accordance with industrial standards.

The main inspection content of production includes items as follows:

1. The raw materials of production

1) Fiberglass

2) Epoxy Resin

3) Anhydride

2. The process test of production

3. Hydro-static pressure test (every vessel)

Increase the pressure at a constant speed, maintain 3 minutes and test at 1.1 times working

pressure , then make sure there is not any leak and the pressure gauge always keeps

original pressure

4. Final Inspection

Technical Requirements

1,The manufacturing method of our FRP pressure vessel (membrane housing)is in accordance with the standard JC692-1998;

2,Design for the pressure of the FRP pressure vessel (membrane housing) is 300,450,600,800,1000PSl,and the permitted scope of working temperatureis-17℃-49℃;

3.The permeability test of the membrane housing with a way of using water pressure.The test pressure is 1.5 times of the standard pressure.
