High water permeability and efficient operation: XP membrane fiber technology enables Dow's new generation IntegraFlux ultrafiltration membrane to have up to 70% improvement in system operation and water production efficiency. Compared with the previous generation products, the water permeability has increased by 35%, greatly improving the operation efficiency and output. In addition, the IntegraFlux membrane module using XP membrane fiber technology can achieve up to 40% reduction in transmembrane pressure difference (TMP) and 15% reduction in energy consumption.
High mechanical strength and chemical resistance: PVDF polymer hollow fiber membrane has high mechanical strength and chemical resistance, which ensures the long service life and reliable and stable operation performance of the membrane module.
Low energy consumption and low drug consumption: XP membrane fiber technology reduces the cleaning frequency and the consumption of chemical agents, further saving operating costs. In addition, the external pressure structure reduces the water consumption in the pretreatment process and backwashing, further reducing energy consumption.
