3TPH Pretreatment 3xFRP Tanks Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Water Plant
The working principle of a reverse osmosis device is based on the concept of osmotic pressure, which overcomes natural osmotic pressure by applying external pressure to achieve reverse osmosis of solvents. When a dilute solution and a concentrated solution are separated by a semi permeable membrane, the solvent in the dilute solution will naturally flow towards the concentrated solution side, forming osmotic pressure. In order to make the solvent flow from the concentrated solution side to the dilute solution side, a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure needs to be applied on the concentrated solution side, so that the solvent will flow in the opposite direction of natural permeation. This process is called reverse osmosis.
The reverse osmosis device is mainly composed of a reverse osmosis membrane, which has a very small pore size and can effectively isolate impurities in water, such as charged ions, inorganic substances, colloidal particles, bacteria, and organic substances. After pre-treatment steps such as fine filters, granular activated carbon filters, and compressed activated carbon filters, the raw water is pressurized and passes through a reverse osmosis membrane to obtain pure water. Reverse osmosis devices are widely used in fields such as electronics, medicine, food, textiles, chemical engineering, and power generation, for the preparation of high-purity water, desalination of brackish water, and wastewater treatment.
The working process of a reverse osmosis device includes the following steps: firstly, the raw water is pretreated to remove impurities; Then, the pressurized water passes through a reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of only 1/10000 μ m, which can effectively remove various impurities from the water; Finally, the water that passes through the membrane is pure water, while the concentrated solution that has not passed through is discharged.

HAFE-FG Water Technologies has focused on the research of water treatment technology, equipment development and manufacturing, testing and international shipment etc. We work with many leading large-scale or small-medium original equipment manufacturers in China High-tech Development Zones, and engaged ourselves in R&D, manufacturing, and quality testing.
