The DHP 1.0 axial piston pump, a ultra-compact water treatment consumable from WUXI FENIGAL, is tailored for small/medium industrial reverse osmosis systems—ideal for small island seawater desalination and workshop-level industrial wastewater desalination. Operating on the axial piston principle, its plungers (parallel to the drive shaft) reciprocate in bores to adjust pump cavity volume, enabling high-pressure transfer of low-viscosity corrosive media (seawater, industrial saline wastewater). It uses the transported fluid as lubricant, eliminating oil tanks and oil leakage to meet strict cleanliness demands. Weighing only 3.7 kg with an integrated flushing check valve, it simplifies RO membrane piping, reducing installation space and costs.

Installation & Operation Tips

  1. Interface Connection: "I" = inlet, "O" = outlet (both G1/2〞, 13 mm). Strictly avoid reverse connection to prevent plunger/check valve damage.
