The PRO-SD4040 is built on a stainless steel SS304 skid-mount frame, providing exceptional structural integrity and corrosion resistance. At the core of the system is a single 4"x40" reverse osmosis membrane, configured for single-pass operation, offering consistent removal of dissolved salts, minerals, and other impurities from brackish water.
This system follows a proven and reliable process: Sand Filtration (SF) to remove particulates, Activated Carbon Filtration (ACF) to eliminate chlorine and organic contaminants, followed by Reverse Osmosis (RO) to ensure ultra-pure water output. The entire treatment process is designed to minimize fouling and extend membrane life.
Advanced Monitoring and Safety Features
The PRO-SD4040 includes an IC control unit with real-time feedback capabilities. An integrated TDS indicator provides continuous water quality monitoring, while low-pressure (LP) and high-pressure (HP) switches offer protection against abnormal operating conditions. Additional status indicator lights, pressure gauges, and flow meters (also known as flower meters) help operators monitor performance at a glance.
Stainless Steel Pretreatment Tanks
Unlike many systems in its class, the PRO-SD4040 comes with two stainless steel SS304 pretreatment tanks, offering increased durability, hygiene, and resilience against corrosion compared to plastic tanks.
