10TPH 19kW-380-415V FRP Tanks Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Water Plant
The methods for treating brackish water mainly include desalination of salt water, such as distillation and electrodialysis, among which reverse osmosis has become the mainstream. Although the distillation method has a simple structure, it consumes a lot of energy and is prone to scaling; the electrodialysis method has a good effect on the desalination of low-salinity water, but it consumes a lot of energy and cannot remove organic matter. In contrast, the reverse osmosis method has gradually replaced the position of electrodialysis in the desalination of brackish water with its low energy consumption, good water quality and strong adaptability.
The reverse osmosis method separates ions and impurities in water under pressure through a semipermeable membrane, and is suitable for the removal of various soluble salts and microorganisms. Its advantages include no phase change, simple operation, high efficiency, and high degree of automation. The typical process flow is that the raw water is pretreated (such as coarse filtration, activated carbon adsorption and fine filtration), and then enters the reverse osmosis membrane component through a high-pressure water pump to produce purified water.

FG Water Technologies (www.fgwater.com) is now an organic part of Wuxi Fenigal Science and Technology Co. Ltd., which is a high-tech entity integrating water treatment quipment design, manufacturing, trading and shipment served for main industrial sectors.
HAFE-FG Water Technologies has focused on the research of water treatment technology, equipment development and manufacturing, testing and international shipment etc. We work with many leading large-scale or small-medium original equipment manufacturers in China High-tech Development Zones, and engaged ourselves in R&D, manufacturing, and quality testing.
