6TPH 7.9kW-380-415V 2xFRP Tanks Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Water Plant
The working principle of the reverse osmosis (RO) system is a membrane separation technology that uses a selective permeable (semi-permeable) membrane and pressure as a driving force.
In the RO system, when the pressure inside the system is higher than the osmotic pressure of the inlet liquid, water molecules pass through the membrane and enter the central pipe. Ions, organic matter, bacteria, viruses and other impurities in the water flow out from one end and are trapped at the inlet end of the membrane. Finally, they are discharged from the outlet of the concentrated water to achieve the purpose of separation and purification.
The RO equipment undergoes a series of processing steps, including precision filters, quartz sand filters, compressed activated carbon filters, etc., and then applies pressure through a pump to use the microporous structure of the RO membrane (pore size is 1/10000μm) to convert high-concentration water into low-concentration water. At the same time, the RO system effectively isolates industrial pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and other impurities mixed in the water, and finally produces high-purity pure water.
The application of this technology makes the RO system a key equipment for producing pure water. It is widely used in drinking water treatment, industrial water, medical and laboratory fields, providing humans with safe and reliable drinking water resources. The continuous improvement and application of RO technology has promoted the development of water treatment field and provided effective technical support for solving the problems of water shortage and water pollution.
