4TPH Pretreatment 3xFRP Tanks Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Water Plant
Reverse osmosis is a modern new pure water treatment technology that uses reverse osmosis elements to improve the purity of water and remove impurities and salts in water. This technology adjusts the pressure on both sides of the reverse osmosis membrane, compresses the raw water through the membrane, and moves the water molecules with low salt concentration from the low concentration area to the high concentration area, thereby achieving effective separation of salts and impurities in the water.
In the reverse osmosis process, by controlling the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane, water molecules are forced to pass through the microporous membrane to form high-purity permeable water, while the remaining high-concentration impurities are rejected and discharged with the wastewater. When the osmotic pressure equilibrium state of the liquid is reached, the reverse osmosis process also reaches a stable state.
When the pressure on the salty water side is higher than the osmotic pressure on the other side, reverse osmosis flow is triggered, and this reverse flow constitutes the basis of the reverse osmosis process. This process not only effectively removes salt and pollutants in the water, but also greatly improves the water quality, so that the water meets the standards for drinking or industrial water, and provides reliable pure water resources for various industries. Reverse osmosis technology plays a vital role in the field of water treatment and has made positive contributions to improving water quality and protecting the environment.

Our production system consist of a list of industry-specialized partnership factories accross China. Some of them singularly cover an area of over 10,000 square meters, including 5,000 square meters of workshop and warehouse and 1,500 square meters of office buildings.
