3TPH Pretreatment 2xFRP Tanks Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Water Plant
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a highly effective water purification process that utilizes semi-permeable spiral wound membranes to remove impurities from water. These impurities can include dissolved solids, organic compounds, pyrogens, submicron colloidal matter, color, nitrate, and bacteria.
In the RO process, feed water is pushed through the membrane under pressure. The membrane allows water molecules to pass through its tiny pores, while trapping and removing impurities. The purified water that passes through the membrane is known as permeate water, while the concentrated impurities are collected in a separate stream known as concentrate water, which is then flushed away.
RO membranes are commonly used in various applications, including domestic water purification systems, hospital and laboratory cleaning equipment, and other water treatment systems. These membranes are designed to provide high flux rates and effectively remove salts and other contaminants from water, ensuring clean and safe drinking water for various purposes.
Advantages:
1. One-button simple operation.
After installation and debugging, only one button on the panel is required for operation.
2. Fully automatic operation to achieve unmanned operation.
The system can realize manual and automatic switching. During normal operation, the equipment, water pump, control valve, etc. can be manually operated.
3. Self-protection function A low-pressure switch is installed at the inlet of the high-pressure pump.
When the inlet pressure is lower than 0.05, the pressure controller is activated, the equipment stops running, and the safety of the high-pressure pump is ensured; the outlet of the high-pressure pump is equipped with a slow-opening electric valve and a high-pressure pressure switch to ensure the safety of the high-pressure pump, membrane assembly, and membrane shell when the outlet pressure is higher than 1.5Mpa.
4. Real-time monitoring of various operating parameters
An online conductivity meter is installed on the reverse osmosis total water inlet pipe to detect the quality of the source water. A source water flow meter and a concentrated water flow meter are installed on the reverse osmosis device. The reverse osmosis operation is observed according to the two flow meters and the system recovery rate is adjusted. An online conductivity meter is installed on the source water side of the reverse osmosis device to monitor the conductivity of the source water and calculate the system desalination rate. Pressure gauges are installed at the water inlet, concentrate outlet and interstage of the reverse osmosis device to monitor the operation of the reverse osmosis. Pressure gauges are installed on the multi-media filter.
5. Liquid level control system.
The relevant water tank is equipped with a liquid level controller, which is linked with the equipment to control the start and stop.
6. Reverse osmosis shutdown and automatic membrane surface flushing.
The reverse osmosis device automatically flushes the membrane surface when the system is shut down to prevent dirt deposition and scaling. It flushes for 30 seconds every 2 hours to prevent membrane scaling and pollution.
