RO reverse osmosis technology has significant advantages in the field of water treatment, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. High desalination efficiency and pure water quality: RO reverse osmosis membrane can effectively intercept pollutants such as dissolved salts, organic matter, microorganisms, heavy metal ions, etc. in water with its fine microporous structure and selective permeability, achieving a desalination rate of more than 95%, ensuring the pure water quality of the effluent.
2. Energy saving and environmental protection: The RO reverse osmosis process does not need to undergo phase change, so the energy consumption is significantly reduced. Although additional pump pressure is required to overcome the osmotic pressure, the overall energy consumption is still at a low level, which is in line with the environmental protection concept of energy saving and consumption reduction.
3. Mild operating conditions: The reverse osmosis membrane separation process is carried out at room temperature, avoiding the problem of heat-sensitive substances that may be destroyed by high-temperature distillation. It is particularly suitable for the preparation of temperature-sensitive biological products, pharmaceutical ingredients, and electronic ultrapure water.
4. Compact system and simple operation: The RO reverse osmosis equipment has a compact structure design and a small footprint, which is easy to install in various space environments. FG Water Technologies (www.fgwater.com) is now an organic part of Wuxi Fenigal Science and Technology Co. Ltd., which is a high-tech entity integrating water treatment quipment design, manufacturing, trading and shipment served for main industrial sectors.
HAFE-FG Water Technologies has focused on the research of water treatment technology, equipment development and manufacturing, testing and international shipment etc. We work with many leading large-scale or small-medium original equipment manufacturers in China High-tech Development Zones, and engaged ourselves in R&D, manufacturing, and quality testing.
