1TPH 2.1kW-380-415V 2xFRP Tanks Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Water Plant

The reverse osmosis membrane uses membrane separation technology to remove bacteria, viruses, heavy metal ions, etc. in the water to achieve pure water standards. The system desalination rate is over 98%.
1.Pretreatment equipment
It includes quartz sand filter and activated carbon filter. The quartz sand filter adopts multi-layer filter material and fruit shell activated carbon, which has the function. of efficient adsorption.
2.Precision filter
A 5-micron polypropylene melt-blown filter element is used to further filter impurities and colloids larger than 5 microns in the water to prevent blockage of the reverse osmosis membrane.
- It runs fully automatically, no manual operation is required. It runs automatically when the water level is low, stops automatically when the water level is full, and alarms automatically when there is a fault.
- Automatic cleaning during pre-treatment and automatic flushing when the equipment is turned on.
- The equipment is equipped with water shortage protection, full water protection and low pressure protection.
- Real-time online monitoring of water quality, with sound and light alarm, no need to be on duty.

FG Water Technologies (www.fgwater.com) is now an organic part of Wuxi Fenigal Science and Technology Co. Ltd., which is a high-tech entity integrating water treatment quipment design, manufacturing, trading and shipment served for main industrial sectors.
HAFE-FG Water Technologies has focused on the research of water treatment technology, equipment development and manufacturing, testing and international shipment etc. We work with many leading large-scale or small-medium original equipment manufacturers in China High-tech Development Zones, and engaged ourselves in R&D, manufacturing, and quality testing.
