Main Features

Working Principle
1. Raw water enters the EDI system, with the main part flowing into the resin membrane and the other part flowing out along the outside of the membrane to wash away the ions outside the membrane.
2. The resin captures the ions dissolved in the water.
3. The captured ions move under the action of the electrodes, with cations moving toward the positive electrode and anions moving toward the negative electrode.
4. Cations pass through the cation membrane and flow out of the resin/membrane.
5. Anions pass through the anion membrane and flow out of the resin/membrane.
6. The concentrated ions are discharged from the wastewater path.
7. Free ion water flows out of the resin/membrane.
Working process:
Raw water tank →Feed water pump → multi-media filter(sands filter) → active carbon filter → water softener(or inhibitor dosing)→PP filter→ high-pressure pump →RO system→PH adjust system →RO tank →EDI booster pump →UV sterilization →PP filter→ EDI system →EDI tank → transfer pump → outlet water
